They have a good feel for the market in the South Bay and are very fast at suggesting properties that appear on the market that fall within our criteria. Usually they send an e-mail the day the property is listed or before. They are extremely responsive when we want to look at a property and have always been great about accommodating our schedules. More than anything, though, they are great to work with as they are upbeat and friendly. We would definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking for an agent.
