?This was our first home purchase so we went into the process not knowing much about the home buying experience. A friend had recommended Michael and Jocelyn so we reached out to them to start the process. Our first move in calling them turned out to be our best move. After meeting with both Michael and Jocelyn, we instantly felt like we had 2 people “on our side” so to speak. After explaining to them what we were looking for, they were able to show us several homes that matched that criteria. When we finally saw THE one, that’s when Michael and Jocelyn really went to work. They handled all the tough stuff and came to us when items needed to be addressed. They made the process so smooth and trouble free. Most of all, we truly felt that they had our best interests at heart. They kept us in the know of all developments and had recommendations each step of the way. It felt as though they were the ones buying the home because they were so sharp and on top of every little detail. We felt in the end we got the best possible deal for a house that we were so excited to call home. That wouldn’t have happened without Michael and Jocelyn being with us and guiding us every step of the way. Oh, it didn’t end there. After we were already moved in and set, they reached out a couple time to make sure we were happy and all was great in the new home. When I mentioned to Michael that we were looking to trim a tree that was blocking our view, he showed up the next day with his own tree trimmer and spent 2 hours helping me trim the tree!! If that’s not an agent who sees things through to the end… and then some, I don’t know who is. We are so very happy in our new home and a huge thanks goes out to Michael and Jocelyn. Without them I honestly don’t feel we would have had such a great experience purchasing our first home. Thanks Michael and Jocelyn. You two are not only great at what you do but you care about what you do and the people you do business with. That goes a long way.?
